Yes to Business Ltd has a number of vacancies for ambitious independent home-based workers. The jobs are assignment oriented and focused on completion of targeted tasks by the due date. It allows workers to set their own hours and work from wherever they are.

Some positions offer immediate start and others an April start.

Some positions offer a salary while others are assignment based, for example with payment by word.

We are a start-up and under severe budgetary constraints. This means while we want to pay a fair rate for the jobs our cash flow projections do not allow us to make payments until revenue chains come into being. In general, we expect to start paying employee remuneration in early June 2017.

This would cover work undertaken in May. From now until the end of April we are seeking people to work as volunteers and unpaid interns except for commission-based sales executives. Documented pre-approved expenses are paid.

The job: Reach out to business opportunity PROVIDERS and offer YTB to partner with them and secure investors, partners, importers and distributors through our extensive network and contact base. Negotiate our terms – fee for listing and percentage on deals completed.

Remuneration: 25% of all revenues generated, paid within seven days of receipt.

Sales Manager

Age: 25+

Location: UK

Languages:  English native, others an advantage

Qualities we are looking for: Self-disciplined; proven ability to work without close supervision, track record in generating prospect leads from internet search, event networking and social media and responding to internet enquiries

Reporting to: The CEO.  E-mail a weekly brief on contacts generated

The job: Secure investors, partners, importers, distributors and retailers for our business opportunity providers.

Remuneration: 20% of all revenues generated, paid within seven days of receipt.

PR Manager

Age: 23+

Experience: PR or journalism 2 years

Location: Anywhere

Languages: English and Russian, bi-lingual

Qualities we are looking for: Gregarious personality who likes people, enjoys using Skype and is adept with social media.

Reporting to: CEO

Supervising: Relevant contractors  and photographers

The job: Monitor and respond to YTB audience messages; generate social media content (especially LinkedIn but also Facebook and Twitter) to stimulate interaction with YTB site in order to generate interest in business opportunities and attract opportunity providers. Seek out interview opportunities in UK and international media and generate feature articles including with radio and TV broadcasters as well as print media.

Remuneration: Immediate start on Interim (unpaid) basis and if successful after one month, confirmation of paid employment starting from 15th May at £750 a month rising to £1,700  a month in year 2.

RussianFocus Magazine

RussianFocus is a British business magazine. It has a clear aim of highlighting business opportunities for British business in Russia and ensuring that after the UK leaves the European Union there is no attempt to stifle British business from winning lucrative business and exploring investment opportunities in Russia.

Deputy Editor

Age: 30 plus

Experience: Business oriented journalism, five years.

Location: London

Qualities we are looking for:  bi-lingual in Russian and English, an adept networker experienced in writing articles with flair and panache.

Reporting to: Editor in Chief

Supervising: writers and contributors, sub editor and design artist

The job: Day-to-day running of the editorial side of the A4 colour business magazine Russian Focus which is produced every two months from June 2017 with 108 pages. Agree projected contents with the Editor-in-Chief and assign writers  (including yourself) to write them. Chase contributions to ensure received on time. Pass to sub editor.

Remuneration:  Writing 10p per word. 3000 words per issue (£300) + £600 per month.

Sub Editor

Age: 25 plus

Experience: 5 Years minimum sub editing in English

Location: Anywhere

Qualities we are looking for: Impeccable idiomatic English; sound knowledge of grammar, punctuation, quick worker.

Reporting to: Deputy Editor

The job: sub edit, correcting spelling, grammar and punctuation of up to 30,000 words per issue.

Remuneration/payment: 2.5 p per word paid after magazine goes to printer

Page Designer

Age: 25 +

Experience: Minimum 2 years designing English language magazines/annual reports/brochures

Location: Philippines or Russia

Language: Fluent English

Qualities we are looking for: Creative, confident person with fluent English and qualified in one or more of Quark Xpress Adobe InDesign or Adobe PageMaker.

Reporting to: Deputy Editor

The job: Produce every two months the 108 pages of an English language business magazine Average 300 words of text per A4 text page allowing lavish illustration and graphic presentation.

Remuneration: Negotiable

Advertising Sales Manager (Russia)

Age: 26+

Experience: Minimum 4 years in a B2B negotiating situation.

Location: Moscow

Languages: Fluent English and Russian

Qualities we are looking for: A self-starter and able to work constently without close supervision, positive and capable of researching prospects and reaching director level decision makers within advertiser companies; a confident negotiator at director level of major corporations.

Reporting to: Publisher and Deputy Publisher when Publisher absent.

The job: Generate £30,000 minimum of net revenue per issue.

Remuneration: 15% of sales

Advertising Sales Manager (UK)

Age: 26+

Experience: Minimum 4 years in a B2B negotiating situation.
